Converge documentation

How to build a field model in Converge, from the project fluid through wells, reservoir, network and economics, plus the API, SDK and admin guides.

Last edited

Converge is field-modelling software that runs in your browser. Every module in a project reads the same fluid model, so a change to the PVT flows through to well performance, material balance, the network, the forecast and the economics.

These pages document the software as it is built today. If a feature is not described here, it is not in the product yet.

Start here

  1. Create an account: a student account for learning, or a business account for your company.
  2. Open the sample field to see a complete model before you build your own.
  3. Set your units and choose the project fluid. Every module reads that fluid.
  4. Work through the module guides in the order your study needs them.

Conventions in these docs

  • Pressures are absolute (psia or bara) unless a page says otherwise. The units page explains why this matters.
  • Interface labels are written in bold, exactly as they appear in the app.
  • Warning boxes mark the mistakes we see most often, drawn from our own engine audits.
